The above prices are Exclusive of External Development Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges. At present these charges are Rs. 335/- per sq.ft. In case of any upward revision thereof or any other charges by any Govt. agencies in future, the same shall be recovered on pro-rata basis
2% discount on installment amount ( on BSP due amount only ) shall be given from 2nd installment onwards if installment is paid on or
before due date. It will applicable on Construction link plan & Flexi Plan as defined above
Other charges like Power backup,IFMS @ Rs. 50/- per Sq. Ft.(Interest Free Maintenance Security) & Club charges @ Rs. 50,000/- etc as indicated in the Buyer Agreement shall be payable additionally.
The payment due for Construction Linked Plan & Flexi Plan on the basis of present stage of construction shall be paid within 45 days of
booking and the balance shall be paid as per the above plan.
Registration, Stamp Duty & other charges as applicable, would be payable by the allottee at the time of execution of sale deed.
Any additional facility, if provided or charges applicable in future will be charged extra.
The above area are super built-up area which include covered plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities, etc.
All building plans, layout, specifications etc. are tentative & subject to variation & modification as decided by the company or competent authority sanctioning such plans.
